This website is owned and run by Shri Hari Kripa Foods, a proprietorship firm trading as Shri Gau Kripa, of 4, Bicholi Mardana, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001, India. GSTIN 23AWAPT5915F1ZN; FSSAI licence 21426850006641. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Shri Hari Kripa Foods; “you” means anyone using the site or buying from it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Shipping & Returns page, which together form the whole agreement between us.
You must be 18 or older, or order with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. We deliver to addresses in India only.
Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or to break these terms.
Our ghee, honey, oils and other products are made in small batches from natural ingredients, so colour, texture, grain and aroma vary from batch to batch — ghee may set grainy or stay liquid, and raw honey may crystallise. That is the nature of the product, not a defect. Photographs show the product as closely as we can, but your screen and the batch may differ slightly. Ingredient lists are as supplied by the producer, and certifications are named only where we hold them.
Traditional preparations are sold as food and traditional preparations. Nothing on this site is a medicine, substitutes for medical advice, or is meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Speak to a qualified practitioner before starting anything, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have an allergy or take medication.
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it — for an online payment, once the payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item has run out, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud; if you have paid, we refund the full amount as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Dispatch and delivery times, charges and how we handle a parcel damaged in transit are on the Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates; a courier delay is not a reason we can refuse a refund you are otherwise owed, but it does not by itself make us liable for losses beyond the order.
How to cancel, what can be returned, and how and when refunds are paid (usually 5–7 working days) are set out in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, to get into another person’s account, to scrape it in bulk, or to post reviews that are false, abusive or unlawful. We may remove reviews that break this rule.
The name Shri Gau Kripa, our logo, photographs, artwork and text belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, as described, and for the remedies in our refund policy. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first — most problems are solved quickly that way. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
