Shipping & Returns Policy

At Shree Gau Kripa, we ensure that every order is carefully packed and delivered with the utmost care. Our goal is to provide a reliable, transparent, and convenient shopping experience.

Shipping Charges

We deliver across India, subject to courier service availability.

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the packed order and delivery location.
• Delivery charges generally range ₹100 - ₹200, depending on the parcel weight and destination.
• The final shipping amount is displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 7–10 working days from order confirmation, depending on your location.
• Order Tracking: Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging & Product Safety

All our products, including honey, A2 ghee, murabbas, and cold-pressed oils, are packed securely with suitable protective materials to minimise damage or leakage during transportation.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our food and personal care products, returns for change of mind are not accepted. However, we provide replacements or refunds in the following circumstances:

• Damaged or Leaking Products: Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
• Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
• Insufficient Shelf Life: Products delivered with less than one-third of their stated shelf life remaining are eligible for replacement or refund after verification.
• Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, contact us with your order details for verification and an appropriate resolution.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable consumer protection laws.

For partial order issues, only the affected items will be replaced or refunded, as applicable.
