Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Shree Gau Kripa, we aim to make order cancellations and refunds simple, transparent, and hassle-free. This policy explains when orders can be cancelled, refund eligibility, and the applicable processing timelines.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order directly through your Orders Page while its status is Pending, Confirmed, or Processing, provided the order has not been packed or dispatched.

• Before Packing: Eligible orders can be cancelled directly from your account.
• After Packing or Dispatch: Please contact our support team. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the order's shipping status.
• Payment Verification Pending: Orders with payments still being verified cannot be cancelled until the payment status is confirmed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following circumstances:

• Cancelled Orders: Eligible orders cancelled before packing receive a full refund, including shipping charges paid.
• Damaged or Leaking Products: Verified complaints reported within 48 hours of delivery qualify for a replacement or refund.
• Incorrect or Missing Products: Eligible items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
• Insufficient Shelf Life: Products arriving with less than one-third of their stated shelf life remaining qualify for a replacement or refund after verification.
• Undelivered Orders: If an order cannot be fulfilled or delivered, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Refunds for individual affected items will be calculated accordingly. Shipping charges will also be refunded where applicable.

Refund Processing & Timeline

All eligible online payment refunds are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay.

• Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Refunds generally take 5–7 working days after initiation to reflect in your account, although some banks or payment methods may take longer.
• Refund status can be checked through your order details, where available.

Failed or Unconfirmed Payments

If your payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed, please avoid making another payment immediately.

Payment verification may take some time. If the payment is unsuccessful, the amount will normally be reversed by the payment provider or bank.

If a successful payment is received for an already cancelled order, a full refund will be initiated.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns are generally not accepted for:

• Change of mind after the order has been packed or dispatched.
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
• Opened or used products without a verified quality issue.

These restrictions do not affect your rights in cases of defective, incorrect, misrepresented, or otherwise non-compliant products under applicable law.
